I hereby donate one 2012 Stallion Service Fee to the Minnesota Stallion Service Futurity to be sold at Auction. A check of $200.00 accompanies this entry and will be held until after the Auction. The unsold stallions will be put on a list for 1/2 the stud fee a minmum bid of 200.00. Then if not sold by May 1st, the 200.00 check will be cashed and the stallion owner will be the purchaser.
If said service fee is sold at Auction, the donor will receive one weanling entry for the 2013 MSSA Futurity and the mare owner will receive one entry.
The purse in the following classes will be split equally: Early Stallions/Geldings, Late Stallions/Geldings, Early Mares, Late Mares and Two Year Old Western Pleasure Class. The Weanling classes will be a closed
Futurity Class, consisting of the stallion owners entry and the mare owners entry. The Two Year Old Western Pleasure Class, Longe Line & Yearling Halter will be an Open Class, where all of the off-spring of a stallion sold at Auction will be eligible.

ILLNESS OR INJURY TO ANY MARE. ALL AGREEMENTS ARE BETWEEN THE MARE OWNER & STALLION OWNER. MINNESOTA QUARTER HORSE ASSOCIATION & MSSA ACT AS THE AGENT ONLY.
